1. ORDER PROCESSING

We prepare your order with the same care we use to craft the oil.

  • Processing Time: Orders are prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Cancellations: Once your order has been confirmed and shipped, we cannot cancel it. Please refer to our Refund Policy for return steps.
  • Delays: If an unexpected issue causes a delay, our team will notify you immediately via email.

2. DELIVERY TIMELINE

We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan.

  • Estimated Delivery: Your order should arrive within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your exact location.
  • Tracking Support: If your package exceeds this timeframe, contact us immediately at info@herbonical.com. We will personally assist you in resolving the delay.

3. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

You will always know exactly where your oil is.

  • Notification: You will receive an email or SMS confirmation with your tracking details once your order has left our facility.
  • Activation: Tracking numbers usually become active and visible within 24 hours after dispatch.
  • Carriers: Delivery times may vary slightly based on your city and the courier network.

4. HANDLING LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS (Our Support Promise)

Once the package is with the courier, physical handling is out of our direct control. However, we will always help you resolve the issue with the carrier.

  • Damaged Arrival: If your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging materials and goods. Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim, and then notify us.
  • Lost Packages: If your order does not arrive, notify us at info@herbonical.com within 10 business days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our shipping partners to locate your shipment or ensure the next necessary steps are taken.
